2. Our Role
Kaempfer Finance is a loan advisory and marketplace platform. Unless we clearly say otherwise, we are not a bank, an NBFC or a lender, and we do not give loans ourselves. We help you compare options and connect with banks, non-banking financial companies and other regulated financial institutions (“Lending Partners”).
Any loan you take will be under an agreement between you and the Lending Partner. We are not a party to that agreement and are not responsible for the Lending Partner’s decisions, products or service.
3. Not Financial, Legal or Tax Advice
Nothing on the Platform is intended as legal, tax, investment or other professional advice. The articles, tips and other content are for general understanding only. Your financial situation is specific to you, so please speak to a qualified professional before you take a loan or make any financial decision.
4. Loan Approval Is Not Guaranteed
Submitting an enquiry, checking your eligibility or applying through the Platform does not guarantee that a loan will be approved or paid out. The decision, the amount, the interest rate and the terms are set only by the Lending Partner, based on its own credit policy, your credit profile, your documents and its verification.
5. Interest Rates, Fees and Offers
- Interest rates shown as “starting from”, and loan amounts, tenures and fees shown on the Platform, are indicative. They may not apply to every applicant, and the rate you get may be higher.
- Rates, charges and offers can change at any time and without notice, and are decided by the Lending Partner.
- Lending Partners may charge processing fees, foreclosure or part-payment charges, late payment charges, stamp duty, valuation and legal fees and other costs. Please check the sanction letter, loan agreement and key fact statement before you accept a loan.
6. Calculators and Estimates
Our EMI, eligibility and other calculators give estimates based on the figures you enter and standard formulas. They are meant for illustration and planning only. The actual EMI, interest, total payment and eligibility may differ depending on the Lending Partner, your credit profile, rounding, fees and the final terms of your loan.
7. Credit Scores and Credit Reports
Credit scores and reports come from credit information companies and may change over time. We do not control them and cannot guarantee that your score will meet a lender’s requirements. Applying for a loan or a formal credit check by a Lending Partner may affect your credit score.
8. Lending Partners and Third-Party Links
The Platform may mention or link to Lending Partners and other websites. We do not control their content, products, terms or privacy practices and are not responsible for them. Mentioning a bank, NBFC or product on the Platform is not an endorsement or a recommendation. Brand names and logos belong to their respective owners.
9. Customer Reviews and Testimonials
Reviews and testimonials on the Platform reflect the personal experiences of individual customers. They are not a promise or a guarantee of the same result for you. Experiences, approval, rates and timelines vary from person to person.
10. Accuracy and Availability
We try to keep the Platform accurate and up to date, but we do not promise that all information is complete, current or free from errors. The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, and may be unavailable from time to time because of maintenance, technical problems or reasons beyond our control.
11. Be Careful of Fraud
- Never share your OTP, card PIN, CVV, net-banking password or UPI PIN with anyone, including anyone who says they are from Kaempfer Finance.
- We do not ask you to pay money to an individual’s personal account to “guarantee” or “release” a loan.
- If you get a suspicious call, message or link in our name, please do not respond and tell us at once.
